Customer Guidelines
- Trips will be awarded to the customer account, not to individuals. It is the responsibility of the customer
to select the individuals who will participate, and to issue the 1099s that as applicable. J.J. Haines and Company
will issue 1099s to all accounts that are LLCs, partnerships or sole proprietorships. Corporations will not be issued a 1099.
- Dealer’s receivables must be current to receive any award.
- No refunds will be made for any unused points or over-bills.
- If Dealer cancels or moves points to a future trip, only trip promotion fund points will be moved. Double dip points funded by suppliers only count towards Punta Cana 2011 trip fund.
- A second trip may be purchased only after a first trip has been earned. A fourth trip may be purchased after the third trip has been earned. In other words, every even trip may be purchased after the odd number trip is earned.

- A Dealer will not be confirmed on any trip nor will points be accumulated without a completed sign-up form and a non-refundable deposit of $500 per trip. Deposit counts toward the total trip cost.
- This trip is based on a first come, first served basis. Limited space is available.
- You may purchase travel insurance online at www.insuremytrip.com
- Air travel is available from Baltimore, Charlotte, Philadelphia, Raleigh-Durham, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville and Miami
Travel Guidelines
Haines Cancellation Notice:
- July 12, 2010: Trip Coordinator will contact your account in writing and confirm your status for attending the 2010 trip.
- Up until July 30, 2010: Cancellations are subject to the non-refundable $500 per person deposit. If approved, funds in account will be transferred into dealer’s account for use on a future designated trip.
- Between August 1 and September 30, 2010: Any cancellation is subject to a $500 per person penalty.
- Between October 1 and November 23, 2010: Any cancellation is subject to a $900 per person penalty.
- Beginning November 24, 2010: Any cancellation is subject to a 100% per person penalty.
- After November 7, 2010: No name changes allowed, and airline tickets will be booked starting November 8, 2010.
- Maritz Travel is the official J.J. Haines travel agency. Maritz Travel will be sending qualifiers all official registration forms
necessary for travel. This is in addition to the J.J. Haines Trip Form that follows.
